The East Texas Angel Network (ETAN is a charitable foundation started by Neal McCoy and his wife, Melinda, to help the children of East Texas and their families. Currently the foundation has raised over 3.5 million dollars in 10 years.

ETAN is committed to enhancing the lives of the children of East Texas who are living with terminal or life-threatening diseases. They are resolved, through fundraising activities, to provide financial assistance for medical treatments and related costs to the children of East Texas and their families.
